As a Professional Realtor, I can give you a quick introduction to the south Florida real estate market. With my international background in business and real estate and experience as a private investor, I can advise you on buying a primary residence, a second home or an existing investment property and/or pre-construction opportunity.
A team of experts is always on stand by to advice and assist, such as a mortgage broker, an (immigration) lawyer and a CPA (certified public accountant). Since I am a Resident of the Aventura Yacht Club, I am familiar with all the ins and outs of this attractive place. Of course I will also be happy to show you around in other "Luxury Lifestyle" communities.
A BIT OF PERSPECTIVE ...
In recent years, the traditional method of broker compensation, "THE PERCENTAGE COMMISSION", has been changing and experts expect the change to accelerate in the near future. As sellers and buyers become more knowledgeable (primarly because of the information available on the internet), they are less willing to pay for services they don't need or want.
While the commission percentage of the sales price is still common, I have decided to offer my clients a "SERVICE MENU", with fees associated with each service selected by the customer. This is often called "unbundling", allowing customers, to select only the services they want. This allows the client to call upon an agents' real estate expertise only when needed.
